Step 1: Disconnect the Battery. Remove these 2 bolts. Step 2: Remove Airfilter Box. Remove the 2 airfilter box nuts, and the 1 at the rear of the box. Unscrew the clamp around the pipe, also remove the electrical connector from the top of the filter. Remove the complete air filter box from the car.
Intermittent moving off problem. I have a 2014 Kia Ceed 1.6 4 automatic petrol. The problem I have is, now and again the engine will start but the car will not move off. I'm having problems getting my car to start when it has been parked for any amount of time. When I press on the brake and press the Engine Start Stop button, it will turn on ACC mode and On Mode, but the engine will not start. Also, if you watch the video I've attached, you can see that the ESC and Downhill Brake Control light turns RED.
1) Windscreen fluid froze in the reservoir and pump. 2) I pressed (and held) the washer button but the pump motor could not move. 3) The pump drew too much current and blew the fuse. Replacing the fuse fixed my problem. (It wasn't on a cee'd though.) So, this could explain why the fuse blew, if that is the cause of the problem.
